I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in comprehensive psychological testing and evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults. I work with a wide range of concerns—from ADHD and autism spectrum challenges to anxiety, trauma, and OCD—and I'm particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and young people navigating college and identity questions. My approach is warm and action-oriented; I believe real progress happens when we work together thoughtfully and commit to meaningful change. I draw on multiple therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused approaches, tailoring my methods to fit each person's unique needs.
